How It Works

Dental implants are placed into the jaw to act as artificial tooth roots.

These implants support a custom-designed prosthesis that is fixed securely in place—unlike traditional removable dentures.

The result is a smile that feels stable, comfortable, and natural.

Why Choose Full-Arch Restoration

  • Freedom – No slipping or discomfort when eating or speaking
  • Stability – Implants fuse with the jawbone for long-term support
  • Bone Health – Prevents jawbone loss by restoring stimulation
  • Convenience – Care for your teeth like natural teeth
  • Confidence – A secure, natural-looking smile you can rely on

Am I a Candidate?

You may be a candidate if you:

Are missing multiple or all teeth

Have teeth that are failing or beyond repair

Are healthy enough to undergo surgery

If you still have healthy teeth, individual implants may be a better option. We’ll guide you through all available treatments and recommend what’s best for your situation.

Your Treatment Plan

Your care begins with a consultation and detailed 3D imaging.

We’ll assess your bone structure, review your options, and create a personalized plan tailored to your goals.

The Procedure

  • Any remaining teeth in the treatment area are removed (if needed)
  • Dental implants are precisely placed
  • A temporary prosthesis may be provided during healing
  • Your final, custom prosthesis is placed once healing is complete

In some cases, bone grafting may be required to support the implants.

We work closely with your restorative dentist or prosthodontist to ensure a predictable, long-term result.

Recovery

Healing times vary, but most patients progress through:

  • Initial healing after implant placement
  • Transition from temporary to final prosthesis
  • Ongoing follow-up to ensure long-term success

Our team will guide you through each step and provide clear post-operative instructions.

Types of Anaesthesia

We offer anaesthesia options to keep you as comfortable as possible during your surgical procedure.

Local Anaesthesia

Lidocaine is injected through a needle and temporarily numbs a small area, preventing nerves from communicating pain sensations to the brain. Patients remain awake and do not feel pain during treatment.

IV Sedation

IV procedural sedation puts the patient into a sleep-like state. Our team of doctors, Registered Nurses and surgical assistants closely monitors all vital signs throughout treatment, and the patient will remain comfortable until the procedure is over. Patients must have an adult remain at the clinic during the procedure and take them home after the surgery.
